1. About Parents Support Network
Parents Support Network provides parenting education, practical information, resources, and community support for parents, guardians, and caregivers.
Parents Support Network is not a healthcare provider, mental-health provider, law firm, emergency service, or government agency. Our services are not a substitute for therapy, medical care, mental-health treatment, legal advice, crisis intervention, or emergency assistance.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our communities, attend classes, register for programs, or purchase a membership.
Children may not participate in or be featured during live classes or community discussions.
By using the services, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to accept these Terms.
3. Educational Information Only
Information provided through Parents Support Network is for general parenting education and community support.
You are responsible for deciding whether information is appropriate for your family and circumstances. Parents Support Network does not diagnose conditions, create treatment plans, guarantee outcomes, or establish a professional healthcare, mental-health, legal, or case-management relationship.
Always seek an appropriately qualified professional when your situation requires medical, mental-health, legal, educational, financial, or other specialized advice.
4. Emergencies and Safety Concerns
Parents Support Network does not provide emergency or crisis services.
If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 911 or the appropriate emergency service. For a mental-health crisis in the United States, call or text 988. Contact the appropriate child-protection authority when child abuse or neglect is suspected.
Information suggesting suspected child abuse or neglect may be reported to the appropriate authorities when required by law or mandated-reporting obligations.
5. Accounts and Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for activity conducted through your account.
Do not share your membership login, paid materials, recordings, or account access with another person. Notify Parents Support Network promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
We may limit, suspend, or terminate access when necessary to protect members, enforce these Terms or community rules, address nonpayment, or comply with legal obligations.
6. Membership and Billing
The Foundation Membership is billed monthly at $39.99 per month unless a different price is clearly disclosed before enrollment. There is no annual billing option.
Payments and subscription management are handled through Skool or another approved payment provider.
By purchasing a membership, you authorize the payment provider to charge the applicable recurring monthly fee until you cancel.
7. Rate Protection
The membership price active on your signup date remains locked while your membership stays active.
If your membership ends or lapses and you later rejoin, the price available at the time you rejoin will apply and will become your new locked rate while that membership remains active.
8. Failed Payments
If a recurring payment fails, you will have a seven-calendar-day correction period to update your payment method and preserve your existing membership rate.
Access may be restricted if payment is not corrected within that period. If the membership ends and you later rejoin, the current membership price will apply.
9. Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel your membership through the applicable membership or payment platform.
After cancellation, access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for unless access must be ended earlier because of misconduct, misuse, safety concerns, or a legal requirement.
Payments are nonrefundable after billing, except when a refund is required by applicable law.
10. Classes, Replays, and Availability
Class schedules, instructors, topics, formats, and availability may change when reasonably necessary.
The free introductory class may include replay access for seven days. Paid recordings and other membership materials are available according to the membership terms and platform settings in effect at the time.
We do not guarantee that every class, recording, expert, feature, or resource will remain available indefinitely.
11. Community Conduct
When participating in a Parents Support Network community, you agree to: protect the privacy of members and children, communicate respectfully, speak from your own experience, avoid diagnosing others or presenting opinions as medical or mental-health facts, avoid bullying, shaming, discrimination, threats, personal attacks, and hostile language, avoid unsolicited private messages, recruiting, solicitation, or pressure, avoid unauthorized advertising, fundraising, affiliate links, and service promotion, follow moderator instructions, and comply with all posted community rules.
Screenshots, screen recordings, copying, reposting, or retelling another member's personal information or story are prohibited.
Serious or repeated violations may result in content removal, restricted access, or removal from the community. A first violation will normally receive warning and education when appropriate, but immediate action may be taken when necessary to protect safety or privacy.
12. Information About Children
Do not post or submit children's full names, addresses, schools, medical records, identifying photographs, or other sensitive identifying information.
Parents and caregivers are responsible for protecting the identity and privacy of children when discussing personal experiences.
Parents Support Network is not a child-record or case-management service.
13. Member Content
You retain ownership of original content you submit.
By posting content in a Parents Support Network community, you give Parents Support Network permission to host, display, store, and use that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, moderate, protect, and administer the community.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to share your content and that it does not violate another person's privacy, intellectual-property rights, or other legal rights.
We may remove content that violates these Terms, community rules, platform rules, or applicable law.
14. Parents Support Network Materials
Unless otherwise stated, website copy, class materials, recordings, worksheets, graphics, logos, downloads, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Parents Support Network.
They are provided for your personal, noncommercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, distribute, publish, upload, record, or create derivative products from these materials without written permission.
15. Guest Experts and Outside Resources
Guest experts, recommended providers, and linked resources may operate independently from Parents Support Network.
We may review professional credentials or other information before presenting an expert or listing a provider, but inclusion does not guarantee the quality, availability, suitability, licensing status, advice, services, or results of an independent provider.
You are responsible for evaluating any outside professional or service before relying on or purchasing from them. Any agreement between you and an outside provider is separate from your relationship with Parents Support Network.
16. Third-Party Platforms and Links
Our services may use or link to third-party platforms, including GoHighLevel, Skool, Microsoft 365, Zoom, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, GoDaddy, and payment providers.
Parents Support Network does not control the availability, security, content, policies, or practices of third-party services. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
17. Prohibited Uses
You may not: use the services for unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, abusive, or harmful purposes, attempt to gain unauthorized access to an account, platform, or system, disrupt the website, classes, communities, or services, upload malware or harmful code, collect or misuse another person's information, impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, use Parents Support Network materials for unauthorized commercial purposes, or violate another person's intellectual-property, privacy, or legal rights.
18. Disclaimer of Warranties
Parents Support Network provides its website, information, materials, communities, and services on an "as available" basis.
To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, accurate, secure, or suitable for every family or situation.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Parents Support Network LLC and its owners, contractors, guest experts, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
20. Privacy
Our Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, store, and share personal information. By using the services, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Privacy Notice.
21. Changes to the Services or Terms
We may update the services or these Terms when reasonably necessary. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date.
Your continued use of the services after updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an update, you should stop using the services and cancel any active membership.
22. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
23. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
24. Entire Agreement
These Terms, the Privacy Notice, applicable community rules, and any additional terms presented during registration or purchase form the agreement between you and Parents Support Network regarding the services.
